I completely agree with this statement, it’s the truth. Nothing happens without thinking first. Even voluntary movements like moving your arming is actually your brain thinking and sending messages to your muscles to work.

So….. Why are some people heavy and some people skinny? The answer is their frame of mind. If you think like a skinny person, you become a skinny person. I have to say that as a fitness coach, you have to start thinking of yourself as a healthy person and that you are ultimately going to become thin – before you can even begin the process. If you are going to be fit and healthy you have to start thinking like a fit and healthy person.
Parramatta Fitness Training Concept # 2: “You must believe it yourself before you can actually do something”
You are truly never going to be able to do something if you don’t think you can.
If you are stuck in a “heavy mindset”, your body will stay the same accordingly.
Planning is indeed a guarantee for reaching your fitness goals. When you go grocery shopping do you plan? Or do you go around the aisles and impulsively put in your basket what your stomach decides for you. I always believe a shopping list is essential for any shopping trip. If you plan out your grocery list you are much more likely to get only what’s on your list. Then there won’t be those extra chocolates and packets of chips that you sneak into your shopping trolley – which when in your house, you have the bad temptation to eat what is in your cupboard.
Parramatta Fitness Training Concept # 3: Let your goals decide for you, not your mind
When you are tempted to just have a little bit of cake at the party and you are standing there battling with your mind over, should I, or shouldn’t I?
Or are you going to let your goals decide. But then you correct yourself and confirm that this won’t help me reach my goals, so you happily reject the temptation and move on to the delightful Greek salad. Let your goals decide your next action combined with your Parramatta Fitness. Determine what you want to happen in the future, and how you are going to get it. If you don’t decide yourself – your circumstances will shape what happens.
